Our approach to food is a bit of a marriage of philosophies. Terry is passionate about fish and chips and its role in the Georgian Bay experience. Sarah has always wanted to run a cafe serving up amazing garden-fresh salads, incredible desserts and fantastic beverages. Gilly’s makes this marriage work by serving up the best of both worlds.
