Gilly's Express Take Out food truck is now serving EVERY DAY, located at Carling Bay Marina, until September 1st. Daily operating hours are from 11am until 7pm.

Pickerel from Georgian Bay, battered to perfection. Served with fresh-cut fries, Gilly's signature cole slaw, and an ample amount of tartar sauce.
Located at the Carling Bay Marina, at the water's shore, with several picnic tables for seating.
The fresh cut fries are also available as poutine, chips-n-gravy, or by themselves. Tartar sauce dippin' is recommended.
